Once your order has been shipped and tracking details are provided, Quemsa Afrique is not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by courier services. However, we will support you in resolving any issues with the shipping provider.

If a package is refused upon delivery, the cost of return shipping and original shipping fees will be deducted. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
